Adult classes run every evening Monday to Friday 7-9 pm.
Children’s classes run Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30- 6:30 pm and Saturday 11 am until 12 noon.
We recommend training at least twice a week to get the most out of your training, however we can work around whatever your availability is.
Adult’s Classes Evening
Monday – Friday – 7:00pm to 9:00pm Gi Class (No-Gi on Friday)
Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Gi class 5.30pm-6.30pm 7-14 years (No-Gi on Friday)
Saturday – 11:00am to 12:00pm Gi Class 7-14 years
Children aged 4-7 classes
Saturday – 10:00am to 10:50pm Ages 4-7 years
